Challenges How do you create awareness about a Charity that a younger generation doesn’t see as an option? How do you make it easier to accept donations, register event participants and extend your reputation on to the web? Burnaby Hospital Foundation came to Synergist with very distinct needs. Leverage the power of the web to increase operational efficiency though a user-friendly online donation system and event registration system and enhance the look and functionality of an outdated website.
Synergist Communications reviewed the functionality the Foundation required and recommended a content management system that would best serve their needs. We also worked with third party providers of to find the best solutions for a payment gateway and event registration system that would minimize fees and setup costs. The existing Burnaby Hospital Brand Identity was effectively transported online to result in a more aesthetically pleasing online interface all in which Burnaby Hospital Staff could update and manage with no extra costs or on-going external support.
